Description: Osteochondral Fracture ORIF with MQTFL Reconstruction

Objectives: This session will review the evaluation and management of patellar instability with associated osteochondral fractures, including key clinical and imaging findings, surgical decision-making, and current techniques for osteochondral fragment fixation and MQTFL reconstruction. Participants will develop an evidence-based approach to treatment selection and apply patient-centered principles to rehabilitation and return-to-sport outcomes.
