Description: We are faced with many opportunities to come together with others in pursuit of a common goal. Individuals who thrive in these situations are highly valued teammates. Terms such as competitive, selfless, loyal, inspiring, hardworking, and caring describe great teammates, but what do these words mean? And how to achieve these ideals? In The Champion Teammate, book authors and Way of Champions Podcasters Jerry Lynch and John O’Sullivan share decades of experience and wisdom, numerous stories of modern-day athletes, time-honored lessons garnered from Eastern philosophy, Western psychology, and Native American tradition, and interviews with athletes, coaches, and hundreds of workshops on being an exceptional teammate, leader, coach, and parent. Harness a powerful approach to build better relationships, practice effective leadership, and develop the competitive prowess necessary to be exceptional teammate. Guide and mentor your athletes to connect, compete, and thrive among teammates in sports and life.
