Description: This multi-day symposium is designed to bring together the leaders of employer-based on-site Work Strategies program to advance both the clinical and operational delivery of the program. Program consistency, effectiveness and quality varies across sites and between sites. Through this symposium leaders will be introduced to resources and tools to evaluate the program, design project management to execute a quality improvement project, and gain exposure to a new mentorship program to support new and developing providers to optimize the clincial and operational excellence throughout the WorkStratgies program.

Objectives: • Articulate the components of both the Work Strategies employer-based OnSite program audit and mentorship program. • Examine and evaluate existing tools and resources related to mentorship and certified on-site specialist program for optimization of new mentorship program. • Execute project management for an injury prevention program including outcomes evaluation.
