Description: The FPF Knee Cartilage Injuries Master Course is an evidence-based continuing education program designed to improve clinicians' evaluation, clinical reasoning, and rehabilitation of individuals with articular cartilage lesions of the knee. The course covers interpretation of cartilage findings in the context of symptoms and function, nonsurgical management, indications for surgical consideration, cartilage repair procedures, and post-operative rehabilitation. Clinicians will learn how to use pain, effusion, motion, and muscle function to guide progression, individualize loading based on lesion characteristics and the procedure performed, and communicate with the treating surgeon to plan return to activity.
