Description: This course focuses on fascia and all the aspects of the body that it impacts. The course will start off with a description of the myofascial system and how it interweaves throughout the body. This is followed by information on the role of fascia within the body and how it has an impact on almost every aspect of movement and many other roles due to its anatomy. Lastly, the course will cover how different therapeutic interventions impact the fascial system and how you can apply different processes and techniques in order to have the most impact on the fascial system.
